This Dark rich colored cigar with a semi – rough feel, had a good smooth draw.It burned slow and even, had a good spicy flavor with a lit hint of wood. When I added a glass of Barbencourt Rum it even got a little spicier, Good stick.

The appearance was of a well made cigar and was smooth to the touch. The draw was tight but adequate and the ash was even thru about 3”. This cigar had a pleasant aroma and a flavor that was rich and smooth thru out. It was a great smoke & I would buy it.

This lovely cigar was a medium color with a smooth appearance, nicely rolled, firm and smooth to the touch. Before lighting, it had a faint fragrance of wood. Lighting it produced an easy draw, with what became a solid, evenly burned, two-inch long, very light-gray ash. The aroma was of wood, but with the "sour" tones distinctly criollo. A medium-full-bodied cigar I will add to my list of "Grab one of those."
Art Hixenbaugh This cigar had a smooth open draw with a dark brown rich in color and a nice even white ash as it burned. It was firm to the touch, smooth, but got spongy as it was smoked. Not much aroma and was a mild cigar which is typical of a Corojo taste to me. Overall I am not a fan of Corojo cigars and would not purchase this cigar as it was nothing spectacular.

This cigar had a sweet pre-light flavor and the wrapper had a smooth oily sheen appearance, much like cinnamon in color and was firm to the touch. It appeared to have a triple cap construction reminiscent of the old Cuban cigars.
Upon lighting, it had a big draw with lots of smoke & lots of air. The ash burned even and firm thru-out the cigar and was white with flecks of black color. It had hints of coffee, coco bean and a sweet cedar notes. Overall it was a smooth flavorful smoke. Beverage: Linderman's Lambic black cherry beer
The pre-light was spicy on the lips and the appearance was of a well rolled, nice veins and a dark rich cigar that felt firm to the touch.
Once lighting it had a firm draw but an even burn with a firm solid ash & lots of smoke. The flavor was earthy, spicy with a hint of a metallic after taste. I was left with an overall impression of a slightly stronger than my usual cigar and a rather spicy but enjoyable with lots of nice smoke, an even ash and an even burn that stayed lit without effort.
Beverage:Dow's Tawny Port |
