Appearance: Very rough, dark rustic wrapper, very veiny and wrinkled.  Very matte in appearance, almost looked dry, but feels humidified.
6.5

Construction: Very poor cap. Not centered on head and not evenly cut.  Upon feel, appears to be a tight spot in the first inch of foot. Wrapper appears to be loosely wrapped, white flakey ash.
6.5
Draw & Burn: Medium draw, very humid taste on pre-light. Very thin burn line with a slight blister in the wrapper. Very pleasant aroma while burning. Within the first inch, uneven burning began, when ashed there was tunneling affecting the draw. Uneven burn through entire cigar despite straitening burn..
6
Flavor & Strength: Medium in flavor, light spicy start with a slight sweetness on the tip of the tongue.  Consistent medium strength throughout, very mild dried fruit flavor. Charred caramel notes when blown through nose.  The medium strength remained constant throughout the entire smoke.
7.5
Final Impression: Very one sided medium smoke.  For the size it lacks depth & complexity.  Cigar became softer to the touch as it was smoked, almost under filled.  Became harsh at the last 1/3. Bitter-sweet finish & earthy.

Appearance: Cigar has a good weight. Nice veins and seamless outer wrapper.  Foot discolored with darker leaf shade.

Construction: Good construction but a small unravel of the outer wrapper upon cutting.  Interior roll looks loose in the center, but nice outer look. Cigar has a firm give upon squeeze. Skin was not oily.
7.4
Draw & Burn: Clear through draw on start of smoke.  Tobacco gives off a tannic tingle upon chewing indicating its immediate strength.  Clear draw! Almost smokes itself.  Burns evenly and well (with desirable black ring) around the ash at first.
8.1
Flavor & Strength: Initial smoke gives off a taste of non-sweet dark chocolate, arabica coffee bean and an earthy wood and mushroom nuance. The smoke has a life of its own, with a cool taste of lemon grass as the finish!  The finish of the smoke also has a subtle apple wood spiciness.
8.7
Final Impression: This is a thoroughly satisfying smoke with a consistent draw and flavor.  The serious strength of the smoke stays throughout!  I would call this a boardroom smoke…  Good aroma, with coffee, wine or a single barrel spirit..  Very Good!

Appearance: Wrapper appears to be maduro in color, good color, doesn’t look to dry or oily, but silky.  Good tender feel, cap not blatantly obvious, sandwich appears to be dark & tan mix, good wrap, nice & even not veiny.

Construction: Built well, solid but still tender feel, doesn't feel dry or crunchy, dark & tan sandwich, even construction, the feel seems to moisten as it burns, more tender, good thing it is lightly loose.
9
Draw & Burn: Good flowing draw, not tight at all, ash stays solid & tight, very cool & even thru the 1st third, remains even, no runs, never gets hot, stays cool, draw remained very light, never tight.
10
Flavor & Strength: Cold draw has good nutty flavor, smooth, initial lit draw smooth, warm & slightly chocolate, light peppery spice flavor, good aroma with a flowery paper smell, flavor mellows more with burn ( initially a little bitter), nutty, chicory, cedar, medium body, chocolate, excellent flavor.
9
Final Impression: Excellent smoke all the way through, even so slightly bitter on initial light & burn but mellows very soon, wonderful flavor, smooth, chocolaty, & slightly sweet, smooth, light nuts & wood, not overpowering at all.  Doesn’t kill the palette or "stick with you, cool all the way through, easy smoke, loved it.

Appearance: Nice wrapper, beautiful veins. Nice chocolate look & not an oily wrapper (oily wrappers are not a bad thing.)

Construction: Well constructed. Nice & firm. Not to soft. Feels very good when holding it. Kept a nice ash as well as a firm ash throughout the smoke.
9.5
Draw & Burn: Draws easily with a good amount of smoke.  Kept a nice ash that was white & a nice even burn. Did not require re-lighting but once. Did not become "hot" during the smoke.
9.5
Flavor & Strength: Mild and nice flavor (even though I am accustomed to full body smokes). A nice cigar to keep on hand for when I don’t want a full bodied cigar. Enjoyed the taste throughout. The taste remained throughout the smoke.
9
Final Impression: Considering I prefer full bodied smokes, I'm surprised I enjoyed this one which is definitely a mild to medium smoke.  I would like to smoke this cigar again & recommend it for even full bodied smokers.

Appearance: Nice dark color, smooth feel.

Construction: Tight wrapper, once again nice feel but does have "bumps" under the wrapper. Tight cap.
5.9
Draw & Burn: Very good draw, even burn and great at holding the ash. Lots of big clouds of white smoke. Nice soft feel but not to soft.  As the cigar warms the "bumps" under the wrapper seem to go away and then the binder is soft.
10
Flavor & Strength: Started out smooth. Some flavors of dark chocolate & coffee. Still smooth down to the last"3 inches".  No heavy or harsh taste at all.
10
Final Impression: Overall the bumps at the beginning had me thinking!  But from the start to finish it was a great smoke !!  This would be very good with coffee in the morning. I would be proud to give one to a friend.
